Name substitutions of registered participants will be accepted at any time with the written authorization of the registered person at an extra charge of CAN$50.

All requests should be sent by e-mail to the HTAi 2008 Conference Secretariat at registration@htai2008.org

NOTE: Presenting authors of accepted abstracts may only be substituted after approval of a written request addressed to the HTAi 2008 Scientific Secretariat at: scientific.secretariat@htai2008.org
