Guidelines for oral presentations

A Speakers Preparation Room will be set on-site and opened for the duration of the Conference. All Oral Paper Presenters are required to report to the Speakers Preparation Room with their material, upon their arrival, or at least 24 hours prior to their presentation in order to meet with the Conference technical and coordination staff concerning their exact role and the technical support needed. Oral Paper Presenters will be able to proceed with technical verifications of their presentations, review their content, verify the time, date and room for their presentation, and receive from the Conference staff any last-minute information.

All Oral Paper presentations will be uploaded from the Speaker Preparation Room to each relevant meeting room. Each meeting room is staffed by a professional technician who will take care of all technical aspects of the presentation. The use of personal laptops cannot be accepted in order to guarantee a smooth operation.

Each meeting room is equipped with all necessary audio and projection equipments (screen, data and video projector, computer with PowerPoint, lectern, microphones, etc.). If you have any special needs, please indicate it to us by email at speakers@htai2008.org.
