HTAi 2008 :: Pre-Conference Workshop

The International Scientific Programme Committee (ISPC) invites HTAi members and other colleagues to submit proposals for pre-conference workshops which are scheduled to be held on the Sunday prior to the opening of the 5th Annual Meeting HTAi 2008.

If you wish to organize a workshop, please complete the form below and submit it to preconference@htai2008.org.

The deadline for the receipt of the pre-conference workshops has been extended to October 22, 2007. Therefore, people who wish to submit a proposal have an additional week to do so. If you cannot provide all the details concerning the speakers at this time, please send your proposal immediately with as much information as possible.

Scientific quality of the proposed workshop
Relevance of topic to the goals of HTAi (This information is available at www.htai.org.)
Appropriateness of speakers’ qualifications to present the topic
Appropriate funding for the session, including inscription fees, if applicable

Please ensure that enough information is provided to permit the ISPC to evaluate the proposal against these criteria. If the information is not complete or not clear, the proposal may not be accepted.

Selection process

Review of all submissions by the ISPC
Recommendation of workshops by the ISPC to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) by November 10, 2007
Final decisions taken by the LOC by November 15, 2007
