 Renting Exhibition Space

The rental cost for an exhibition stand of 8’ X 10’ (3 m x 2 m) is:

Exhibition space including shell-modular stand CAN$ 5,000

Including :

    - Fair carpet
    - Walls covered with melamine
    - Two (2) inclined or straight shelves
    - Two (2) spotlights (electricity included)
    - Front frieze with black standard characters exhibotor's  name
    - Furnitures :  

                      - One counter with two stools or
                      - Six-foot table with two chairs or
                      - Round table with two chairs                                               

Important

Each exhibition company may nominate one person to register free of charge, as a regular
participant. The rest of the staff (maximum 2) will have Exhibitor’s badges, with the company
name only, which will be given to companies for access to the Exhibition area and breaks. Any
additional participants must pay the full registration fee to attend the scientific sessions.
