Many rooms have been set aside at special rates to accommodate everyone attending HTAi 2008.

Special rates are available until May 6 and only for reservations made through the HTAi 2008 housing bureau.

Summer is a very busy period in Montréal. We suggest you reserve your room early.

To make your reservation, you may either:

1. visit https://resweb.passkey.com/go/htai2008 and fill out the on-line Housing Reservation Form.

2. call directly the HTAi 2008 Housing Bureau at:

Upon completion of your reservation request, the Housing Bureau will e-mail or fax you a room assignment notice.

Note 1: All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card number. Room rates indicated are based on single occupancy per night. Breakfast and other amenities are only included where specified.

Note 2: If you need to reserve a room prior to July 5 or later than July 10, please call the HTAi 2008 Housing Bureau directly.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation
The cancellation and refund policy for hotel accommodation will be described in the reservation acknowledgement sent by the Housing Bureau.
